13 January 2018 Aaaaagh! Mother-lovin' holy dammit all! Horribly corked right out of the gate. On initial "pop" (or rather, "puuhf"), the cedar and vinegar smell… 10 December 2017 Previous notes apply. Three hours of air in the decanter helped immensely. Excellent bottle of juice. Ideally, worth waiting a year or two. 95-96+… 22 September 2017 Nine months since my last bottle. I think this needs even more time in bottle (2020).
