Drank at Carter/Envy alongside the 2013 Carter Fortuna, Weitz, Coliseum, and Hossfeld Coliseum. Also had barrel samples of the 2015 Myriad Dr. Crane and 2015 Quivet Kenefick Ranch Cabernets.
Crisp and a bit dry without totally sucking the moisture out of the palate and sides of the cheeks the way some Chenin Blancs can do. Light and vibrant, with a finish that was surprisingly not bitter…
