A good wine, showing continued integration each time I revisit it (compared to my previous CT… 25 April 2016 Same as before... possibly edging its way in the 94 mark. A short decant helped for sure, allowing some richer flavors to emerge. Still 93+ for now.… 15 April 2016 Same as my previous notes from 2/12/2016. Tasted side-by-side with the 2013 Herold Brown Label. The 2012's younger sibling was far more interesting… 12 February 2016 Among five Cabernets tasted at Mark Herold: 2013 Uproar, 2012 Brown Label, 2013 Brown Label, 2013 Stagecoach, and 2013 Coombsville. All were Coravin… 2 December 2015 Elevated from a 92 to a 93 this tasting, as air continues to be a friend to this wine. Akin to my previous CT notes on the 2012 Brown Label, a slow… 30 October 2015 Drank alongside the 2010 and 2011 Brown Labels, 2010, 2011, and 2012 White Labels, 2013 Stagecoach, and 2012 Maze Cabernets. 16 October 2015 Notes of red and black berry fruit, with some chocolate and black licorice.
