Bottle #1 - PREMOX - Poured a dark yellow. Inside of cork showed black. Smelled of sherry and roasted nuts. Taste was similar to the nose, with a brassy and WAY over-oxidized drying effect on the palate. Severe bummer.

This bottle was subdued and lacked some energy. The flavors were decent but not a lot of excitement. Germain has a bottle variation problem, so I wonder if this fell victim. A blasé performance.
